Upgraded Nano Composite Filler Technology Balances High Thermal Conductivity & Low Viscosity

For a long time, the thermal grease industry has faced a core dilemma: it is hard to combine high thermal conductivity with low viscosity for easy application. Traditional high thermal conductivity thermal grease usually comes with higher viscosity along with better heat conduction performance, which greatly hinders automated coating processes.
A new generation thermal grease has been launched recently, adopting composite filler technology with nano boron nitride and micro aluminum nitride, which perfectly solves this industrial bottleneck.
With scientifically proportioned gradient composite fillers, the product achieves a high thermal conductivity of 4-5W/(m·K) while keeping viscosity within 80,000-100,000 mPa·s. It delivers outstanding heat dissipation performance as well as favorable fluidity and spreadability, compatible with large-scale production processes such as automatic dispensing and screen printing. It effectively raises production efficiency and cuts labor costs.
This technology has been fully verified in over 300W industrial LED floodlight applications. Adopting this thermal grease can lower the lamp bead temperature by more than 15℃ compared with traditional counterparts, greatly improving heat dissipation efficiency and service life of lighting fixtures. The popularization of this technology will further drive thermal grease to evolve towards high-efficiency heat conduction and easy construction, and meet large-scale production demands across various industries.
