Application Scenarios

This universal thermal pad is widely applicable to conventional electronic equipment with medium and low heat generation. Typical applications include LED lighting panels, switching power supplies, household appliances, industrial control circuit boards, ordinary consumer electronics and communication auxiliary equipment. It is perfectly suitable for mass assembly production of electronic OEM and ODM manufacturers.
Feature
The customizable thickness ranges from 0.2mm ultra-thin sheet to 10mm thick pad, perfectly adapting to various assembly gaps and mechanical tolerances of different electronic modules. All standard thermal pads strictly comply with UL94 V-0 flame retardant grade, effectively preventing flame spread and improving the overall safety level of electronic products. Different from liquid thermal grease, this solid thermal pad requires no complex smearing process, features clean installation, no oil bleeding, no pollution and easy rework, greatly improving production efficiency for electronic manufacturers. It also passes RoHS and REACH environmental certification, non-toxic and non-corrosive, fully meeting European and American environmental standards for industrial and consumer electronics. Batch production ensures stable performance consistency, with zero obvious deviation in thermal conductivity, hardness and insulation performance between different batches.
