Domestic High Thermal Conductivity Thermal Grease Achieves Technological Breakthrough, Thermal Conductivity Exceeds 6W/(m·K)
Recently, Kunshan Yuling Thermal Conductive Technology disclosed a new patent for thermal grease (Patent No.: CN122037579A), marking a major technological breakthrough of domestic thermal grease in high thermal conductivity field. Its thermal conductivity reaches over 6W/(m·K) with thermal resistance as low as 0.01℃·in²/W, filling the domestic technological gap in high-end thermal grease.
The patent adopts combined high-filled thermally conductive filler and surface modification technology to optimize formula structure, effectively solving industry pain points of traditional thermal grease such as high-temperature failure, insufficient heat conduction efficiency and severe oil bleeding. Verified by multiple tests, the product maintains stable performance without obvious oil leakage or hardening under extreme temperatures ranging from -50℃ to 200℃, perfectly applicable to high-power scenarios including high-power LED, industrial power supply, new energy electronic control and AI chips.
This technological breakthrough further accelerates the upgrading of domestic thermal grease and reduces domestic reliance on imported high-end products. With continuous technical optimization in the future, domestic high thermal conductivity thermal grease will be widely applied in more high-end manufacturing fields, boosting the vigorous development of China’s high-end thermal conductive material industry.
