Thermal Pad is soft, high-flexibility silicone thermal interface material, with excellent thermal conductivity and insulation performance. It fills air gaps between heat source and heat sink, widely used for electronics, power supply, battery pack and automotive thermal management.
Excellent compliance, fits uneven surface; multiple thermal conductivity grades from 0.8–12W/mK available; customizable thickness, die-cut shape & back adhesive service.
RoHS & UL certified, working temperature range: -40℃ ~ 200℃, good compression resistance, no silicone oil leakage in long-term use.
